It displays as a horizontal bar on agent's PCs allowing them to process, with a single tool, all interactions managed from your Service Center: voice, e-mail, fax, chat, call-back request, automated call-back, web co-browsing and voicemail.
As it is highly functional, inConcert Agent Desktop has the advantage of freeing the rest of the screen for customer service applications such as CRMs, collections applications, help desk or management systems. It also provides screen-pop functionality for client-related data via (CTI) with various performance applications.
inConcert Agent Desktop integrates with soft-phones thereby eliminating the need for hard-phones on agent's desks, saving cost and space.
