inConcert Smart Dialing System is a powerful dialing engine that can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and operate in various modes: predictive, progressive or preview.  It incorporates sophisticated prediction algorithms that allow you to set flexible and configurable dialing strategies on the basis of schedules and call results.

When a live voice is detected the call is transferred to an agent who, via CTI- previously receives all relevant information and a script to assist in the conversation.

The solution is totally pre-integrated to the inConcert platform, permitting calls to be transferred to agents via the ACD and ensuring that the best qualified agent conducts the interaction with the client.  Furthermore, answered calls can be transferred to the IVR system and e-mail addresses can be "dialed" and SMS messages sent.

inConcert Smart Dialing System can easily be integrated to the organization's existing information systems in order to obtain data and dialing lists that may be needed to transact calls.  It can also be integrated with the management supervision and reporting modules allowing a detailed control of the system's operation, easy system management and sourcing of valuable information for decision making.

The modularity of inConcert solutions allows the integration with recording and call monitoring applications, dynamic templates and automated voice recognition systems.
