inConcert IVR is an interactive self-service platform that allows clients to gather information and conduct transactions, in 24/7 mode, without agent intervention, thereby increasing the contact center's productivity and client satisfaction.

The platform incorporates Enterprise Applications Integration (EAI) capabilities allowing easy integration with varied corporate information systems and the development of advanced automated transaction systems.  It also includes e-mail on-demand and fax on-demand functionalities with which clients can receive information such as account balances, transaction reports or product and service catalogues.

inConcert IVR supports multiple IVR applications on a single server and is natively integrated with the ACD and a complete report module.  It has an agile and versatile IVR applications development tool and is capable of automatic voice recognition and text-to-speech.
